• Zeus Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice.

• By using certain features of the Platform, you may incur fees, which will be disclosed to you prior to your use of such features. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Platform.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Zeus Company.

• Zeus Company reserves the right to change its fee structure at any time, with or without notice.

Zeus Company reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

• You acknowledge and agree that Zeus Company's financial and banking services are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability, legality, and consequences of any financial transactions or activities conducted through the Platform.

• You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding financial transactions, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) requirements.

• You understand and agree that Zeus Company acts solely as a facilitator for financial transactions and does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions or omissions of users or third parties.

• In no event shall Zeus Company be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with your use of the financial and banking services, including but not limited to:
  Unauthorized access to your account;
  Unauthorized transactions conducted using your account credentials;
  Errors, inaccuracies, or delays in processing transactions;
  Loss of funds due to fraudulent activities or security breaches.

• Zeus Company employs reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of user data and transactions. However, you acknowledge that no system can guarantee absolute security, and Zeus Company shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to or disclosure of user information.

• You agree to take reasonable precautions to protect your account credentials and personal information, including using strong passwords and keeping your account information confidential.

Zeus Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the financial and banking services at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in various ways, including, but not limited to, when Users download the App, register an account within the App, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, or fill out a form. The types of personal identification information we may collect include, but are not limited to, name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and payment information (such as credit card details). We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain App-related activities.

We may use the collected information for various purposes, including, but not limited to, providing services to Users, improving the App and user experience, personalizing content, and communicating with Users.
